About Managing Stess
For me, managing stress has possible ways to deal. In my opinion, people can find their own ways to deal with stress. Because every people has different personalities. And different personalities makes different types of stress. That means that some people can hit something or some people can live their stress in them. To find your way while escaping from stress, you can try different methods. There are tons of methods to avoid stress.
To find the correct method, the only thing you should do is some searching on Internet. If you read some information about " how can a person starts to feel stress " or " what should I do to avoid stress " you can even create your own method. If you are lazy to create yours it makes super easy to find your method from there too.
For example, I always bring some stones beside me. It doesn't matter for my house or to go out. They are not special stones. Or I didn't buy them from a store. I found them from sea. But I think the only thing which makes a stone special is the feeling when you touch it. If you feel correct when you take that stone into your hands, that stone is a perfect stone for you and your stress. That is my method and I hope you can find your too.
