As you know lots of people wonder this questioun's answer. For this reason, I'll talk about this subject in this article. In my opinion, they are both equal. Because in libraries we can read lots of books and we can touch them. For me it is really important. But we can't do the same thing in web. Sometimes we can't even read the books we want to read in web cause they want money. But we can borrow the book we want from library. Also Web has positive sides. Actually in Web we can find more informations. It is really important because in some libraries we can't find enough infos. In a reason like that we became unhappy because we couldn't continue to our research. So I think Web is good too. Also, Web has different forms. I know that we should update our Web Sites to do it.
